This year I live in Noeux-les-Mines and I work in ‘ schools in Annezin

The American flag is very well known and has  red and white stripes and 50 stars in the corner. The flag of New Mexico is yellow with a red sun symbol (called a Zia symbol) in the middle.

The city that I come from, Albuquerque, is in the desert.  It is hot in the summer and it is often sunny.  Every year we have an average of 300 days of sunshine. a giant festival with tons of balloons called the Balloon Fiesta.  There are also many people that go to visit Albuquerque because of the show « Breaking Bad ».  People from Albuquerque are often called Burquenos and we LOVE green chile.

ACTIVITIES OUT OF SCHOOL THIS YEAR

Outside of school Valerie and I have been traveling around the Nord Pas de Calais and we also went to Ireland for the Christmas break. We plan on going, in February, to Budapest to visit friends and then to Sweden to visit my uncle.  In the summer we plan on going to Morroco on an 18 day trip.
