Hello, my name is Mattison and I am the English language assistant at the primary school in Saint-Nicolas, Henri Grenier.
I am 23 years old, and am from the United States; more specifically from New York. I have one younger brother, Joseph, who is 21 years old and finishing his studies.
I went to university in Pennsylvania, at Villanova University, where I studied French, history, and political science. I enjoy reading, walking, swimming, and exploring new places.
I spent 5 weeks in Lille in 2019 with a host family, where I fell in love with the region and really learned to speak French comfortably. I am so happy to be back.
This is my second year in France, and at my school, where I have cultivated a lot of close friendships which have made me love Pas-de-Calais and Arras. I look forward to finishing my last few months in Saint-Nicolas. Thank you!
